Only went in for an oil change today,but Chris was very polite ,great customer service. The workers at Red Carpet are amazing and they do amazing work!! I never felt pressured into getting any work done and they always let you know how serious of issue it is to get fixed. I would always 100% recommend Red Carpet to any and everyone!!!

I called, they told me to bring my vehicle in on MY schedule, not theirs! But mine! They had my vehicle for only a few hours and diagnosed the problem, quoted a very fair price, and I was told it would be ready by noon-ish the following day, i did not get back to them quick enough or they im sure would have had it done the same day. I got a text at 9:45a.m. saying it was ready for pick up! Didnt even have a ride set up until noon! Was definitely the easiest, smoothest vehicle debacle i have ever been thru. That made me a repeat customer. I see why they have such a good rep around town. And the shop AND waiting areas were VERY CLEAN! Which tells me they take pride in the work they do. Being this happened in the middle of the tornado aftermath, my gratitude for the ease and speedy fix is not measurable. I don't see us going anywhere else from now on. This is the place to go! Don't wait! You won't be sorry!

I had a recall on my car. Dealer had listed issues that needed addressed. Requested RedCarpet check out problems. Fortunately things checked out. Photos taken Mike reviewed all issues with me. Satisfied that no action needed. Mike was very thorough.

My issue with this place is the fact that they did not ask my permission to do the diagnosis scan which was 167$. Who has 167$ to just drop whenever. Not me. They agreed to call and confirm with me before doing the scan if needed. But no they went ahead and did it anyway. Be aware these guys will try and scam you any way they can.

At the time your vehicle was dropped off, our staff explained that diagnosing the concern could range from a complimentary scan to a more extensive diagnostic procedure, with charges up to $167 depending on the testing required to determine the root cause. We also discussed the availability of a rental vehicle for a $20 charge during the diagnostic process. As part of our testing, we performed the necessary diagnostic procedures to identify the fault. To verify the diagnosis and resolve the issue, only the part required for the repair was installed. No unnecessary repairs or parts were added. Our goal is always to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
